Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers

The public Fliqa Album website does not deploy third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral tracking beacons. We respect your attention and privacy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, secure authenticated sessions, and provide essential functionality.

2. Cookies Used on Fliqa Album

We strictly categorize our use of cookies into the following:

Strictly Necessary Administrator Cookies

Required for Admin Console

When an authorized studio administrator logs into the private management panel at /admin/login, an encrypted session cookie named fliqa_admin_session is created.

Cookie Name: fliqa_admin_session

Purpose: Authenticates administrative requests to Firestore and R2 management APIs.

Attributes: HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict

Duration: Valid for the duration of the administrative session (up to 7 days or until logout).

Public Website Visitors

No Tracking Cookies

Public visitors browsing our homepage, about, how it works, features, or legal pages receive zero advertising cookies, third-party marketing cookies, or tracking scripts. Standard server-side edge caching may utilize temporary operational routing headers that do not store personal profiles.

3. Mobile Application Local Storage

The Fliqa Album Android application does not use web browser cookies. Instead, it utilizes secure mobile device storage (expo-secure-store, leveraging Android Keystore hardware encryption where available) to store your temporary 24-hour viewing token.

This storage is sandboxed strictly to the Fliqa Album application and is never accessible to other apps or third-party web trackers.

4. How to Manage or Disable Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is set:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Third-party cookies
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection
  • Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions

Note: Disabling cookies will prevent authorized studio administrators from logging into the private /admin panel.
